Consulting Services
Cockell McArthur-Blair Consulting works with clients in the public, private and social profit sectors to understand and assess their goals and then designs dynamic strategies to meet their needs.
We specialize in Appreciative Inquiry, planning, professional development, group facilitation, coaching, executive-to-go, transforming conflict and team development. In particular, Jeanie and Joan facilitate change processes by using a variety of methods to create environments that foster people’s ability to learn and grow whether as a group, organization or larger community.
Some of the methods for this kind of open dialogue include Appreciative Inquiry, Talking Circles, Open Space Technology, World Café and Labyrinth Walks. Common to all the processes is their ability to get people talking and laughing together, resulting in transformational learning, improved relationships and goal achievement.
Jeanie and Joan also train other facilitators in using a variety of methods and teach courses/workshops in leadership, appreciative inquiry, diversity and team development.
Appreciative inquiryBoth Joan and Jeanie are trainers in Appreciative Inquiry. We work with clients to design and facilitate Appreciative Inquiry approaches to human systems change, problem solving and planning in a variety of workplaces. CMBC also designs unique professional development opportunities for clients using Appreciative Inquiry as a framework.
